Meet the Team

It’s an incredible feeling to be able to help people keep a healthy, beautiful smile for a lifetime. I love that we put the needs of each patient first, and develop treatment plans that are specifically right for their needs, and always emphasize preventive care and the best home oral hygiene practices. My days are spent working one-on-one with our patients, performing dental cleanings and taking X-rays, always talking with each person about their oral health and why it’s important to keep their mouth healthy and clean between visits. When a patient comes back for a recall visit and I can see the good changes in their mouth, because they’ve adopted better habits and home care routines, I know they’re going to be happier and healthier and I cannot help but smile.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my two daughters, and husband. We enjoy being outside, especially going camping, hiking, and boating. I also like biking, jogging, and gardening.

I love to develop a relationship with each person who comes to us for care, getting to know them and their families, and establish meaningful, lifetime relationships with every patient we treat. Seeing their smiles when they arrive for an appointment, and hearing their thanks when they leave, is very gratifying.I have been a member of Dr. Mark Hagan's team since 1995. As our office manager, I am focused on customer service, accounting and payroll, and am always available to help whenever I'm needed. If ever a patient has questions, I'm here to listen and provide answers. The same is true if they have a concern. Here, our focus is always on making sure a patient has a good visit, whatever that entails, and I'll do my utmost best to make it happen.

Away from the office, I enjoy spending quality time with my spouse, two daughters, and grandchildren, as well as my friends. Some of my hobbies include doing crafts, scrapbooking, and cooking.

Modern dentistry is amazing and I love it when we are able to restore a person’s function and smile. Seeing a patient who is happy at the end of a procedure means we’ve done a good job, and I am glad to be part of a team that makes people happy. I assist Dr. Hagan during patient procedures, and make sure he has everything he needs. At the same time, I’m there for our patients, checking in to ensure they are comfortable, and keeping them advised as to what the doctor is doing and how much progress we’re making. I also set up for procedures, maintain and sterilize our equipment, and order supplies, as well as provide patient education.

I am married and have two sons,two grandsons, a pet cockatiel named Iko who is 25 years old, and two grand dogs, too. My family loves to go boating and camping.

It’s so rewarding to see a patient’s response to the excellent treatment and care offered by our team. Our patients really become like family to us and we develop strong relationships with each of them, learning about them as individuals and finding common interests. Among my regular job duties as office administrator are coordinating the schedule, maintaining our accounts receivable, insurance claims, social media, website and whatever it takes to provide great customer service.

I have two beautiful children, Kamrin and Landon. My husband Matthew is my best friend. I grew up around dentistry and understand the importance of a beautiful, healthy smile. I love working in a practice where the focus is on delivering that smile to our patients, one person at a time.
